Una puerta, como estructura física, contiene la cualidad de separar y conectar simultáneamente; es pues un umbral, una frontera que puede y debe ser franqueada si queremos evitar el aislamiento. 

A door is a physical structure that has the quality of separating and connecting simultaneously; it is thus a threshold, a frontier that can and must be crossed to avoid isolation.
